Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Counter Terrorism Financing (CTF) Program and KYC (KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER) POLICY
ACE Digital Innovation Co Ltd, business registration number 50778671: (referred to as "company", "we", "us" or "our") is a company incorporated in Taiwan. We provide users with a digital platform on which specific digital assets (eg. virtual currencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum) can be traded (hereinafter referred to as "this digital trading platform”) through www.ace.io (hereinafter referred to as "this website"). Each user uses the services provided by ACE Website (hereinafter referred to as the “ACE services") by registering with and logging into this digital trading platform.
ACE Exchange follows what is required of a reporting entity today. We take all reasonable measures to prevent theft, money laundering, financial fraud and terrorist activity. We have established a goal of maintaining AML/CTF risk compliance program with strong risk monitoring procedures in place. To achieve this goal, ACE Exchange continuously monitors the various risks that could directly impact the quality of our program.
Know-your-customer (KYC) policies set our standards with regards to the identification, mitigation and deterrence of money laundering and financing terrorists. Our KYC Policy is a part of, and incorporated within, and is to be read along with, our User Agreement. We are required to receive all the necessary customer documents for ID verification prior to allowing any activities on the customer’s account, and all the identification information we collect must be in English.
We will take all reasonable measures to protect your personal details. All files we obtain are protected by using encryption.
