To deposit fiat currency, please refer to the following steps:
For webpage:
- Enter ACE Exchange home page: https://ace.io/
- After logging in, click "My balance" located on the top right of webpage.
- Click "Deposit" next to the balance shown in NTD.
- ACE will provide you a remittance account. After transferring, you can check the status at "Asset record"
For App:
- Download the ACE App from Google Play or App Store. After downloading app, please login.
- Click on the wallet located on the bottom of the app and click on "Deposit(TWD)".
- ACE will provide you a remittance account. After transferring, you can check the status and progress located in the upper right hand corner.
Reminder:
- ACE will provide an account for you to transfer with your predesignated account.
- You may choose any of the following ways to deposit: ATM, Bank Online or Bank APP.
- The transfer (of money) through counter remittance, ATM cash deposits and TaiwanPay is NOT available.
- KGI Bank is exempt from bank transfer fees.
- Please use your registered bank account to deposit. If you accidentally use a non-registered bank account to deposit, you will not be able to deposit successfully.
- ACE Exchange has cooperated with KGI Bank on bank trust custody with KYC and AML screening process. There may be delays or failures in your deposit/withdrawal.
