Please follow these steps:
1. Click on "My Profile" at the top right of the ACE exchange main page.
2. Click on "Bind Bank Account", then choose "unbind"
1. The account name needs to be the same as the bound bank account name.
2. Please do use your "bound bank account" to deposit and withdraw. So that the processes can run smoothly.
