To withdraw digital currency, please refer to the following procedure:
Web Version :
1. Click "My balance" on the top right of the account page.
2. Click "withdraw" on the digital currency you would like to withdraw, enter the withdrawal address, amount and address information.
3. Please confirm the information is correct, enter the SMS/Google verification code and fund password.
4. Click "I've already read the Anti-Money Laundering Statement" then confirm to withdraw.
5. Users can check the status of the transaction on the ACE platform's "Assets Record" section.
APP Version：
1. Choose "Wallet"
2. Click "withdraw Crypto".
3. Choose the digital currency you would like to withdraw, enter the withdrawal address, amount and address information.
4.Click "I've already read the Anti-Money Laundering Statement" then click Next.
5. Please confirm the information is correct, enter the fund password and SMS/Google verification code.
Kindly remind, users can check the status of the transaction on the ACE platform's "Assets Record" section.
