After you receive the system notification letter that the security certification level fails, you can follow the steps below to log in to your account to check the reason for the failure.
Level A: identity verification
Web:
1.Log in to the ACE page, click "Member Center" in the "Personal Center" menu in the upper right corner
2.Select "Identity Authentication" from the "Personal Information" menu on the left, and the reason for your authentication failure will be displayed on this page
APP:
1.Log in to the ACE APP, click "Personal" in the lower right corner
2.Click "Details"
3.The reason for your identity authentication failure will be displayed on the submission failure screen
Level Pre B: Bank account verification
Web:
1.Log in to the ACE page, click "Member Center" in the "Personal Center" menu in the upper right corner
2.Select "Bank Account Binding" from the "Personal Information" menu on the left, and the reason for your authentication failure will be displayed on this page
APP:
1.Log in to the ACE APP, click "Personal" in the lower right corner
2.Click "Personal Information"
2.Click "Bank Account"
2.The reason for your bank authentication failure will be displayed on the My Bank Account screen

・If the bank account verification fails and you want to resubmit the authentication,
you can click "Continue to change the binding" .
